Activation problem with 4.18

I have run Sandboxie for a number of years but after updating to the latest version I am unable to activate my lifetime licence. I have tried re-installing and uninstalling and am now left with an unregistered copy.

The error code is: 12029 by 14.

Error 12029 means the connection to sandboxie.com failed. Your firewall or antivirus might be blocking the connection.

Tried all that but unfortunately it didn't work.

j9ksf, until a little while ago, I couldn't open any sandboxie.com webpages. But I can now, perhaps sandboxie.com was down. I think you should be able to activate your license at this time. Make sure to disable the AV and firewall temporarily.
