SandBoxIE'd IEv7 and WU site: should it work?

Post by Unknown_User_451 » Wed Feb 14, 2007 12:42 pm

I want to separate one particular driver update that is suggested on WU when I update my winXP-SP2.

Unfortunately, IE complains it cannot display a page contents at a certain stage during the WU session.

Is it un-curable?

Why are you running Windows Update sandboxed?

I am not running, I just wanted to.
As I sayd - I need to retrieve one certain driver update that WU site suggests. I thought recovering it from the SandBoxIE is easyer than digging through the c:\windows\downloaded folder (where everything is heavily renamed).
