I bought Sandboxie (yesterday in fact!) because it's so user-friendly and I've just recovered from a MAJOR infection on my PC I use for business. I've also started running Avast Internet, which includes a sandbox and firewall but I delegate all sanboxing to Sandboxie, and have disabled Avast's auto-sandbox feature.
My problem is that I can no longer access Sandboxie Control: not from the start menu, desktop icon nor from the Windows task menu (whatever you call it in the lower-right).
I'm running a Windows 7, 64-bit machine and have just bought Sandboxie in the last 24 hrs so I know it's the latest version (I see the last version came out August 25th or so?). I downloaded from Sandboxie.com vs. the mirror sites/distributors. Since I can't open Sandboxie Control I can't check the version (at least not that I can see).
Since I'm new to Avast Internet (an anti-virus program I picked up from http://avast.com and I'm using the free trial still), I'm having various conflicts I have to work through...the latest being Sandboxie (I'm guessing it's Avast, Sandboxie has never done this to me).
I wanted to delete the sandbox but also add other programs to the "auto-sandbox" feature, which is why I bought Sandboxie. I got infected running certain software that I use in my business, and though I can still access the right-click from my desktop (to select "run sandboxed"), I'd rather set up the auto-sandbox because I tend to forget to use it.

I was unable to access Sandboxie control. That's all I was trying to say. All the other information was background or referred to information that was required to post (or so I thought).
I'm not using the Avast sandbox, but I'm running Avast Internet A/V.
What I ended up doing just now is using the Windows Task Manager to "end process" for Sandboxie. Then I could access Sandboxie Control.
New problem: Now I can't delete my default sandbox (I only have one).
I get the following error message:
Delete Sandbox DefaultBox: Could not move the sandbox folder out of the way
The object (file or folder) may be in use by another program.
Close any applications or windows that may prevent the access.
System error Code:
Access is denied.

There is no other sandbox open, I ended the process tree in Windows Task Manager. This is also the message ("Access Denied") that a recent infection was sending for a lot of my files - but I reinstalled Windows and wiped the system clean...
So the message makes me a bit nervous. Any suggestions?
