How about a script, e.g. vb script or javascript code that runs after the program has closed.

This would allow a sort-of open source part of the product. Where in the script you can access things like: Sandboxie.RegistryChanges.List, or Sandboxie.FileChanges.List, etc. And where the script code could allow or deny each change.

This could also be done real-time (as the change is made) automatically allowing or denying the change to be made to the real-system also.
