Internet Explorer missing some of its user interface

I found a bug in version 3.00.15 which could lead to the Internet Explorer window losing some of its graphical controls, in some cases. Please upgrade to version 3.00.16.

Wow, nice find. Im suprised nobody else has reported this, oh well, atleast now you've found and fixed this problem before anyone else has even seen it.
