4.01.04 Excel 2010 issues

Win 8 Pro x64, SBIE version 4.01.04.

Excel 2010 does not launch from forced folder or forced process. 'There was a problem sending the command to the program' error from Windows.

Works fine if I use 'send to' option to the same sandboxes.
