Isolate Sandboxed Program

Post by zekstein » Thu Nov 10, 2016 8:09 am

Hello there !

I want to run a game inside sandbox but i have a little problem.
It's possible to make some settings to sandboxie or a dll or smthing that would prevend external apps from accesing memory of my sandboxed program?

For example, prevent Cheat Engine modifyng values or hooks with C/C++ by processid/window title that would change memory addresses or inject dlls.

Thanks in advance.

Hello zekstein,

If you right-click on your sandbox --> Sandbox settings, you'll find the Restrictions and Resource Access options.
What are you trying to accomplish, exactly?

Some sort of anti-cheat.
( the memory of the sandboxed game should not be accesible from outside )

I want exactly the opposite.

That dll prevents sandboxed programms to read external programs. I want to prevent sandboxed processes BEING READ.

zekstein,

SBIE was not designed to do that. You may want to check out MemProtect to see if that works for you (google "memprotect download" and you'll find their website/info).
