SBIE2314 error

Post by Astrum » Thu Oct 13, 2016 8:30 pm

Just recently I started getting these errors:
SBIE2314 Canceling process SandboxieBITS.exe [5352 / 9]
SBIE2314 Canceling process SandboxieBITS.exe [5352 / 9]
SBIE2314 Canceling process SandboxieBITS.exe [5352 / 9]
SBIE2314 Canceling process SandboxieBITS.exe [5352 / 9]
SBIE2314 Canceling process SandboxieBITS.exe [5352 / 9]
When running sandboxed Chrome 54.0.2840.59 m with uMatrix 0.9.3.6, usually on sites using Flash. I'm using the Flash built in to Chrome.

Sandboxie 5.12 (64-bit)
Windows 10 Pro v1607
Running under Parallels Desktop 12 Pro on Mac OS X El Capitan.

Everything was working fine until recently; I'm not sure what changed.

Thanks!

You need to install SBIE 5.14.

I have 5.14 (64-bit) on Windows 10 and the version of Chrome just before Chrome 54.0.2840.71 (because when I opened it outside of Sandboxie it decided to update, so I don't know the exact version when I had the problem, sorry) - and I get SBIE 2314 when visiting Weather.com and enabling it to know my location.

Error occurs on latest Chrome (after update - the version posted above) as well.

I recently posted the same problem. After more research, I found an answer that worked: http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/view ... ve#p120679

"On a site that implements WebRTC, Chromium and Chromium base browsers are using the Quality Windows Audio/Video Experience(QWAVE) API to set DSCP bits on outgoing UDP Packets. This requires access to \Device\QWAVEdrv. So Chromium browser is going to crash on any site that implement it and NOT the SbieCtrl.exe"......

Hope it helps.
