Firefox uses 45% and explorer 10% of the CPU while S.B.'ed

While in the sandbox firefox and explorer take up huge amounts of the cpu and slows down my computer. This happens while just typing an webmail email sometimes. I opened up my other computer which I have a much older version of sandboxie on and its lightning fast. Its also fast on this computer when not sandboxed. I guess this is just a complaint because I doubt there is anything I can do about it. I must waist about 30 minutes a day waiting for firfox to process things that are normally real time. Anyone else having this problem? I completely delete the sandbox and just loading the bookmarks takes about 3 minutes the original firefox is completely new install no add ons or anything just security updates. Do you think I may have had a problem with the last sandboxie update? I just updated to version something 11.
Please anything that can help.

I FIXED IT...

First I installed the new version and the same thing happened. I manually stopped all the processes from sandboxie, uninstalled it from the control panel and then personally removed everything it left in the registry. I then reinstalled it and it workes fine. It wasnt fun but i am now typing in real time which I now appreciate. Good Luck if your in the same situation and I hope you know your way around the registry....

I'm glad it worked out, funny how a reinstall sometimes resolves problems.
