Yahoo update, Chrome and Sandboxie won't work

My older sister (74 yr old) is very challenged on the net and is "cruising for a bruising". Uses AVG, Win 7, Sandboxie 4.15. Had her delete and load 4.17 She keeps getting the error message "SBIE2205Service not implemented:Win32Init.5(00000005)". Im stumped and kinda tired of it all via cell phone ("Do I left click or right click?"). This seemed to happen when Yahoo did a recent update? Any fixes would be greatly appreciated.
