Launched sandboxed program doesn't show up

Hi,
I just started using sandboxie (Vers. 3.72).
In a win7/64 it seems to work fine.

But in a WinXP/32, SP3 there seem to be some problems:

And this is what I'm doing:

start bsa
terminate active programms in the sandboxie
Push bsa botton "start analysis"
message: "Window title does not match with the LOG_API string!" --> OK
(the directory c:\sandboxie\username\DefaultBox is there).
bsa message: delete sandb. content and continue, done...

Any idea?

start notepad.exe sandboxed --> notepad doesn't show up, yet in Task manager visible

upcoming "Messages from Sandboxie" - window saying:
SBIE2204 Cannot start sandboxed service RpcSs (-1)
terminate programs in the sandbox
Finish analysis
bsa: Malware analyzer: any "NO", Details: nothing
