Thanks Confirmed that Dr.Web Katana is not compatible with SBIE. It triggers cascading SBIE 2203 errors.

- fresh install of Windows 10 Pro x64
- Firefox x64 v42.0
- Sandboxie v5.06

Tabs in Firefox disappear (graphic glitches) and quite often full pages or parts of pages disappear.

It seems that some graphical glitches are going on. On Windows 7 x64, FF x86 42.0 and Sandboxie 4.20 I have no such problems whatsoever.

Please take a look into it as it's quite annoying. Thanx!
I installed 5.06 on my Windows 7 x64 system and Firefox works OK.

On my other system, where I have Windows 10 x64 and 5.06 Firefox is glitching. If I run Firefox outside of the sandbox it works fine.

So there is a problem in connection with Windows 10, Firefox and Sandboxie.

It's actually Windows 10, We've seen some rendering issues in FF and Win 10, but not having entire pages/tabs missing. Usually, it's "gray isn't Gray enough" or header not lining up. But nothing more than that.

Well, here it's seriously messed up. But, as I said, only if I run Firefox sandboxed. If anyone is up for trying to reproduce it: Windows 10 x64 Professional, Sandboxie (paid) 5.06 x64, Firefox 43.0.1 x64.

Confirmed that KIS 2016 still does not function with SBIE Beta v5.07.2

One of the devs has now seen the FF "tabs" issue with the text disappearing when in SB. However, if you hover over the tabs, you get the "outline" of the tab. When you click on another active window, the tabs/text return again.

It's something that Mozilla is doing that does not conform to Windows standards. At the moment, it's being treated as an "annoyance." It's been tested in 43.0.3 and the most recent 44b beta.

We will keep an eye on it. To see if Mozilla does anything to address it on their end before we waste effort fixing them :)

Very bad that SBIE 5+ does not support Kaspersky Free Anti-Virus. Kaspersky Free Anti-Virus is a popular product of the new strategy all Kaspersky products at the end of the license will go to the Kaspersky Free Anti-Virus

Actually, it's the other way around. SIBE has been around since 2004. SBIE needs to be very intrusive into windows to do what it does best. KIS does not need to do that and there are many, MANY other highly rated programs that work just fine and to not cause issues with SBIE by doing things they need not too.

Besides, it should be SBIE first...in a isolated environment, proven to protect you and that A/V products cannot match, and ANY old A/V for a 2nd comfort layer. We recommend Defender or Live Essentials. It does what it needs to do when you're protected by SBIE.

Thanks we will test in the coming days to confirm. What Windows version were you using? Do you have the KIS 2016 Build number by chance?

At first glance, since it's Windows 7, that's possible. There was success with KIS and Win 7 asnd SBIE, but it was not possible at all under Win 10.

SBIE will still prompt you if KIS is detected. We look for the the GUID of KIS, not if it's on Win 7, 8.1 or 10. It only pops up a windows to visit the known Conflicts site.

You would be the one and only one.
So running a browser? etc? work fine? As of testing this week, and a lot of users over the past several months, that hasn't been the case.
