CSGO - VAC Blocking Issue

It appears that Windows 8 is no longer the exception anymore? Been getting VAC blocking errors on Windows 8.1 pro since late last night.

Wish to share Steam Blocked Sandboxie from their end Proof in picture.Tried xp,7,8,1and 10 today.an update came still not working on 8.1 hope someday admin/mod will reply in this post.

According to the original post, this issue started "Between 9-10pm EST last night (1/10/17)" for them.
The last update to Sandboxie was made on: 12/16/16 (http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/view ... =2&t=23772) and we have not seen many CSGO issues until now. This leads us to believe that the changes were made on their end, since our program hasn't been modified since.

There is also a related thread that was previously mentioned above. For this user, the issue started this morning:

Something you could try is testing different servers to see if they are all presenting the same behavior, that might help us figuring this out. (Both Sandboxed and non- sandboxed, one instance at a time).

We will continue testing/monitoring. So far, launching one instance of CSGO does not seem problematic (I am testing on Win 10 x64 +SBie16 and joining some games as spectator). If somebody could please test if this happens when you only have 1 instance running in Sandboxie, that would be helpful.

The issue with me happens in all sandboxies. Me and my friend tried older versions of sandboxie too. Outside sandboxie it just won't happen.
It takes awhile after you start playing in a VAC secure server for the error to pop, but after 5-20 minutes it always happened. We logged in 20 accounts in a casual match, after 5 minutes a few accounts started getting the error and slowly all the others did too. It did not happen until sometime last month.
We're doing a few tests in other operating systems and other nvidia drivers, hoping to find a way to fix the problem, but so far we're unable to even end a competitive match before the error pops. We can only continue with the match outside sandboxie.

Note: Spectating a match won't cause the error, only when you're playing on a VAC secure server.

Also, to add to my last post, the issue "Your connection isn't reliable to matchmaking servers" is not related to this problem in any way. This problem exists since many months ago, and is easily fixed by running steam in administrator mode. However, I do not know of any fix around the VAC authentication error problem.
Me and my friend will connect 20 accounts to casual again, 18 sandboxed, and will see how long it takes for them to be disconnected.


Update:
Me and my friend tried connecting 20 accounts, 18 sandboxed, to a VAC secure server. All of them disconnected, except the 2 running normally. The whole process of 18 accounts being disconnected took around 20 minutes.
Later on, we tried 1 sandboxed account each of us on another VAC secure server. After 5 minutes my friend's account disconnected, after 5 more minutes mine did.
And again: Just watching a match won't cause this error, you must be playing on a VAC secure server. VAC system won't check if you're hacking if you're just watching.

My conclusion: The account disconnects whenever VAC tries to scan your game, for some reason sandboxed CSgo's won't respond to VAC system. Most likely the VAC system had an update that bugged sandboxie's communication with VAC servers.

Hopefully my posts helps to find what exactly is causing this. Me and my friend purchased sandboxie solely for CSgo. If any more information is required, I'll be glad to help.

Looks like this issue is now affecting TF2. So steam games in general are getting VAC errored with sandboxie. Are there any alternative programs that can run multiple instances of Valve games without getting the VAC error, because it doesn't seem like sandboxie devs know how to fix this

Yes, seems like Valve blocked Sandboxie, because its now on the List with the known Programs which triggers the VAC Error

You might want to reach out to Valve and ask if they are purposely blocking Sandboxie or if they plan to allow it in the future.
See if you can get a response in the Steam forums.

Srsly, no one here advertised sandboxie to use it 24/7 and mainly for CSGO/Steam/Boosting.

Ofcourse Valve would block it after some time, that was a matter of time.
No need to flame the devs, they did a good job, it is a good product and is usefull for much more.


To the guy who asked if the boost works with 10 Pcs ; Yes, it would work.

So you suggest we forget that? Because the valve will not change this situation, maybe the sandibox coders could make some changes, maybe it will work! It's not hard to do this for us since we paid for it.
But DEVELOPER, could change something maybe with some update to work again.
