Need a simple walk-thru to stop deletion of passwords, bookmarks and oft-visited sites.

Sandboxie Control > Sandbox Settings > Applications > Web Browser

Depending on the browser they may already have templates set up that you can enable to do what you want by allowing it to save/change specific files outside of the sandbox. If the browser you are using isn't on the list it may be a bit harder as you'll need to locate the correct folders and then identify which files relate to what you want to allow.
