Sandboxie icon showing up on all mp4 files

What's going on? I did nothing and this happened. The icons have since been replaced by a windows media player icon (of their own accord, again, no action on my part that I was aware of).

Is there something going on under the hood that I'm not aware of?

I have not seen this in the past, nor have replicated it. I haven't been able to find anything similar that other users posted in the forums either. Windows does some funky things with the application that last open/handles the file type so that may be where the issue is stemming from.
