NOTHING HAPPENS AFTER SANDBOXIE /DEFAULT/RUN WEB BROWSER.

Hello there, this has happened before, i use sandboxie and the browser is google chrome, google chrome has a feature that allows me to bookmark webpages , following that i transfer the bookmarks to my computer documents , i think that i may have saved too many bookmarks and this has caused a problem with sand boxie where i cant get sandboxie /google web browser (up) or open , i dont want to lose my google bookmarks , and the only thing that worked before was for me to delete my sandboxie contents, that brings everything back minus the bookmarks , any help please.
