How to get a refund for Sanboxie purchased for Mac computer

Hello,

I just purchased Sandboxie Pro today after it was recommended to me by someone I recently met online. I purchased from the main page on the Sandboxie website by clicking the "Buy Now" link at the bottom of the Sandboxie Pro (middle) column.

After purchasing the license via PayPal, I noticed that I was never given a link - either on the website or via email to download the software. So I clicked on the "Download" tab on the website only to discover the software is not compatible with Mac. Since I purchased specifically with the intention of using the software on my Mac computer, I clearly won't be able to use it. Had I known it was a Windows-only software I obviously never would have gone ahead with the purchase.

Please advise.
