Volume settings not persistent across sandboxes

Let's say we have two sandboxes A and B. Both have Google Chrome running in them. I play a video on both browsers so I can change the volume of Chrome A to 50% of master volume, and Chrome B to 20%. Chrome A's video ends and Chrome A no longer appears in the Volume Mixer. The next time I play a video in Chrome A, it uses the volume setting for Chrome B. This doesn't occur in previous versions of Sandboxie - the volume settings for each sandbox persists even after shutting down. How do I fix this?
