EULA clarification

EULA states:
"Commercial use of the Software is not permitted".
May I assume this refers as well to registered users in any business or "home office" environment?

Please read this and this.

If you have a home office with a very small number of workstations, just go ahead and use Sandboxie. But please register your copy.

If you have a commercial organization with hundreds of workstations, then you should contact me by email.
