PLS HELP ME!!!

I'm using Windows 7 64 and 32 Bit, all online games with gameguard and x-trap error. Cannot work as multi client
Error say: "Some functions of theoperating system are not working properly, Please close the program which is affecting game". Pls help... I already installed sandboxie 3.44 and 3.72 to new reformat Desktop to try if working or not, but failed... Error is the same
