Software Installers Dont Run or Hang During Installation

Couldn't seem to find this issue within the search so forgive me if it has been posted.
The problem lies when i simply try to install a setup.exe file while sandboxed. The installer shows its running in the sb control panel but no new window appears and the software never does actually install. In other words the setup.exe isn't even installing it just sits there until im forced to terminate the program. Some installers will run fine but there are some that just wont run. Theres one that will start and hang after a bit. Its mind boggling like the installer doesnt play well with sandboxie which is weird because thats the whole point of sandboxie, software isolation or whatever you call it. Is it because the publisher? is it sandboxie? is there a firewall blocking it? if so why do other installers work perfect and some dont even show up whatsoever.
