Batch Files...How and, crucially, where do you use them?

I have now been trying to learn how to use Sandboxie for a few weeks and regularly scour these pages for tips.
I notice that there is a lot of mention about using batch files to enable Eraser (or any preferred programme) to securely erase the Sandbox when it's finished with. I would like to do this with out having to play with registry keys.
I have read everything carefully several times, but there is no mention for us utterly non-techie types about where these batch files are actually placed.
It is very difficult to learn some of the more technical aspects when they are written in a language that an ordinary girl ( like me  ) or guy cannot hope to understand  .

...so will SBIE User or someone else please write a complete newbie's guide to using and placing a batch file for this purpose?

Thanks :)

I'm sorry to say that SBIE User is MIA for a few months now ... I hope he comes back to answer you, but I won't be surprised if he doesn't. But maybe someone who has been using his batch files, can help.
