Today version 4.06 was released, with many fixes over version 4.04, and initial support for Windows 8.1.

I hope this proves to be a worthwhile upgrade to everyone.

As always, thank you everyone! :)

This is great, I appreciate all your hard work...I haven't had any issues so far other than qbittorrent portable still won't work while sandboxed.

Yes, Immediate Recovery not working is a known problem with Windows 8.1.

Sandboxie 4.06 and latest Avast (2014) aren't imcomptaible anymore. At least I have no problems at all. I think you can delete this:

Thanks, that's good news! I don't know if I can just deleted the Known Conflict entry, for sake of people who would continue to use Avast pre-2014, but I can certainly edit it to say it doesn't apply to Avast 2014. Let's see if more people can confirm the same.

I just installed 4.06 and the new Avast upgrade and still having the same problems with TheBat! that I reported here.

Looks like its back to 3.76 again.

Sorry to hear that. I never use The Bat because I use Gmail as my email.

I think there might still be Avast VS Sandboxie incompatiblity. I disabled SSL but I can't find a way to disable Behaviour Shield in the new Avast to try if that's really it:

Avast released a program update which gets rid of the problem I had - Avast and Sandboxie work perfectly on my machine now. :)
