I experienced this problem last week and I believe it is a Firefox bug.
This file...urlclassifier.sqlite grows very fast to nearly 50 megs and apparently it should not.

The work around is to open.... Tools, Options,Security and then Uncheck the second and third boxes from the top.

Then delete the file .urlclassifier.sqlite and all should be well.

I am by no means an expert but picked this up from spending hours at Google looking for answers.

It looks like un-ticking the the boxes disables Fireox's anti-phishing protection and the file would be the database related to that? Perhaps disabling the function and deleting the file might not be such a good thing to do. I got the option to hide the message, which is what I did. What do others think is best?

I personally would either hide the message like you did mart, I'd change the copylimit to something higher then 50Mb, or I'd silent copylimit.
Then again, if I didnt use the anti-phishing (which I don't) in Fx, then I'd just uncheck those options in the Firefox preferences.
Personally, I turn the builtin anti-phishing off and use the WOT plugin!

fixed the problem

I uninstalled firefox v3, and i also deleted the C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla folder, reinstalled, and now i have no issue w/ sandboxie.

I am thinking that there is something left behind in the appdata folder that screwing w/ the new install. I recommend that everyone uninstall and delete this folder before re-installing FF v3.

Problems ONLY after updating from Firefox 2.0.X to 3.0

If that many people are having problems with Firefox 3 after installing it...

It would lead me to believe that perhaps SandBoxie is due for an update for
Firefox 3 compatibility?

Personally, I have been using Sandboxie forever with Firefox 2.0.X for a long time with
zero issues....

Perhaps the program author will look into this....

yes, but for those of us with a great deal of add-on extensions, this isn't a solution. It would take me a couple of hours to find and install all of my add-ins.

SnDPhoenix has pointed out setting the copylimit higher. Has that been tried yet?

The urlclassifier3.sqlite file is the database of malicious websites. This file is large and it will be updated constantly. The only good solutions here are to disable the checking for forged sites, or to set this file as an OpenFilePath so FF can keep it updated.

My urlclassifier3.sqlite file is now about 54 MB in size, and I've only been using Fx 3 for a relatively short time.
I've found that Fx 3 maintains a number of files with a .sqlite extension, including a file that opens and closes frequently - called urlclassifier3.sqlite-journal.
What I have done is to allow Fx Direct Access to write to all of these .sqlite files in it's profile directory, by adding:
OpenFilePath=firefox.exe,*.sqlite*
in my Sandboxie Sandbox Settings for each sandbox where Firefox will run.
(The end * allows for the urlclassifier3.sqlite-journal file to be written outside of the sandbox, too)

None of the .sqlite files will be copied into the sandbox, so no warning messages about file size will be generated by those files.
I don't see this as any compromise on safety.

Sandbox Settings | Resource Access | File Access | Direct Access
"The list above applies to" box : firefox.exe
Click "Edit"
Put in the box: *.sqlite*
OK

Same here; urlclassifier.sqlite message with the new Firefox. Wouldn't another simple solution be to just to increase that file from 32mb to something like 60? Thanks. Great program and this is the very first problem that I have ever had. 8)

Just for fun, I compacted the urlclassifier3.sqlite database file from one of my Firefox profiles. The file size was reduced from 54,102 KB to 32,104 KB and the compacting operation took almost 2 minutes. I used the Sqlite Database Browser:
