Regarding size display: I don't want Sandboxie Control to scan the hard drive every time you mouse over a sandbox line. You have the Delete Sandbox function to count space for when you want to know that information.

Regarding quotas: You could take the limited amount of space you want (the quota, really) and create a new drive from it. For example using TrueCrypt. Then put the sandbox on that drive. Problem solved?

It is no problem but just a Feature Requestion.

Anyway if you need a sandbox quota then
(1) you need a NTFS real disk with a session folder;

(2a) set the folder quota using Settings

if you need a separate virtual disk (why?) then
(2b) read about subst and use it to create a new virtual disk
