Randomly can’t print with Win 8.1 and Sandboxie 4.12

I have been having this problem for a long time and can’t seem to figure out what is going on. Now I have a client that I just upgraded to a Windows 8.1 system and is now having the same problem. Please tell me if there is a workaround or anything I can do to resolve this. What I have been experiencing is randomly I will lose the ability to print out of Chrome or IE whiles Sandboxied. Outside of Sandboxie works fine. The only resolution I have been able to find is a full reboot and then it will work for a bit. If I open notepad within the sandbox I get before you can print, you need to select a printer and no printers are visible. Please help!!!
