It's possible to install the game PES-2011 into Sandboxie, on 64bit system
with Windows7??....

It should, unless the game wants to install a bunch of DRM related drivers as well.
Alot of games, if not most install sandboxed without problems, so the best thing to do is just try installing PES and see if it works.
