Preventing program started by browser from getting sandboxed

I have bought SandboxIE (SIE) 3.74, new to it and have a question because I can't figure something out. RTFM-ed a bit here. I'm using the game Skyrim and I'm using a mod/install manager for mods created for it, using Mod Organizer (MO). The files can be found on www.skyrimnexus.com. When you select a mod and click 'download with manager' somehow MO is started. MO then downloads the file to a specific directory (configurable). After downloading with MO the mod can be installed. I've noticed that MO when kickstarted by Firefox its sandboxed by IE. Which means that installing a mod after downloading fails because the file is in the sandboxed filing system.

What I've tried is sandbox settings->resource access->full access. I've added the MO executable there and and added the directory where MO downloads to. But without success.

If anyone has a suggestion who to solve this it would be appreciated.

Is the game or this Mod Organizer program, either of them installed under Sandboxie into a sandbox?

Game is NOT installed in SandBoxIE
Mod Organizer is NOT installed in SandboxIE.

Before I bought SandboxIE these were already installed. ATM only adobe reader, all webbrowsers and vlc mediaplayer are. Want to get a good feel of SandboxIE before eventually sandboxing more programs.

Does this mean that IE is started and runs sandboxed during the download?
If so, then maybe it's 'iexplore.exe' that needs the Full Access to that folder, and not the MO .exe.
Change the Full Access setting so that "All Programs" can use it, instead of just the MO .exe.

I would also ask if Firefox or Internet Explorer are set as forced programs in Sandboxie.
If so, consider disabling these forced programs before running your mod manager, which, if I understand correctly, uses the web browser.
