Diablo II & III in Windows 8

Hi all!

Unfortunatelly, last 3.74 version, with Windows 8, seems don't work with D2 - it required a CD-ROM inserted (!?!) (I've more than one legit game key and I had ever play in older version in Windows 7 without any problem).

Now, with latest 3.74, I cannot to run my several D3 games with one more instances

Any help for "old" D2 and new D3 suggestions?
