Installed Google Chrome for the first time and I get the error message "SBIE2308 Could not create object directory [11/5]" sometimes when I open a web page.
I can't action http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?SBIE2308 possibly because I'm running Windows 7 Home Edition and I don't seem to have access to the areas listed, and, after digging around, I don't have SECPOL.msc included in Home Edition.
[SB 3.62 64bit]
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

SBIE2308 Error Message with Google Chrome Browser
Moderator: Barb@Invincea
Unfortunately, it did not cure the problem. But, in getting more information for you I have found the cause.
I noticed the error message popped up on some sites and not others. For example, it always appeared when I visited:
independent.co.uk
haaretz.com
amazon.com
Occasionally it did it at:
bbc.co.uk
ebay.co.uk
It doid not seem to happen at:
sandboxie.com
google.co.uk
bbc.co.uk
amazon.co.uk
That must have made me remember that, in my software firewall, Online Armor (OA), I had set chrome.exe to "Run Safer". ["When a program is running using RunSafer, any other program that is launched by this program will also "inherit" the Limited user account restrictions"] So I reset Chrome to "Run normal" and now all's as it should be
Ronen, your input set me on the road to solving the problem. Many thanks for your reply.
It just shows the unintended consequences of one little bit of tinkering with settings.
Sorry to waste your time, but perhaps this will help someone in the future.
