Hardware ID not authorized

Hey!

after installing under Sandboxie I was trying to start Program but I get following error message: Your HardwareID is not authorized for this app.

is there any change to fix that issue? I have with sandboxie a new Hardware ID or is it the Hardware ID from my computer?

Sandboxie generally passes through the hardware information so unless it's something that is blocked that's odd. Do you by chance have Internet Access set to Block All Programs? If so you may need to uncheck that if it needs to read the NIC info as SBIE blocks internet access by blocking access to the afd/nsi etc devices
What is the program name and version you are seeing this with?
