Both Sb 3.67 x64 and the new beta only allow IE 10 x32!

Enhanced Security needs enabled for IE 10 to run x64. Although I don't really even use it (use Cyberfox), I spent the week trying to figure out why it wouldn't run x64. I took a wild guess and enabled User Account Control, which I believe I've had turned off since building this PC in May 2012. It turned out that it apparently needs enabled for Enhanced Security to function. So then I tested with Applications>Web Browsers>IE enabled, as I had it disabled all week. It would only run x32. I installed the v 4.01.04 (x64) with the same results. Am I missing some setting? This is no big issue, as I stated, I rarely use IE and with a SSD, IE 10 is still really fast running x32. Thank you!
