How to Block IE/Chrome

Hi, I just wanted to ask a question about, how to automatically block IE/Chrome from automatically starting in Sandboxie.

I just recently noticed that when I'm running a program on sandboxie and it will automatically open Multiple IE's, so my question is, how to prevent IE from starting automatically?

I'm not sure I understand but if you have a program that opens IE windows, shouldn't you be able to find some way to tell that program to not do that?
