Unable to Recover Downloaded Files

I'm using XPPro.

I installed Sanboxie 2.64 and using Firefox it seems to work fine until I try to recover files.

I can explore and find a downloaded file ok.

When I try to recover the file the list of available files is empty.

If I delete the files there is no option to Recover the files they are simply deleted.

I use TrueImage so I restored an Image which had never seen Sandboxie and installed again with the same results.

Any advice please as to what the cause might be or what I am doing wrong.

Initially the Quick Recovery only looks in the My Documents, the Desktop, and the Favorites folder.

You can add more folders, but it's probably better to download into My Documents, and then let Quick Recovery move the file to the right place. (You would use the middle button in Quick Recovery for this.)
