Windows 8.1 Windows Live Mail won't start in FireFox 36.0.1

I am using Sandboxie 4.16, Windows 8.1 (64 bit) up to date, Norton Security Suite, Roboform, Windows Live Mail 2012 (32bit), and Windows Live Mail will not open within a sandboxed FireFox 36.0.1 browser. Windows Live Mail 2012 opens when it is not sandboxed. I am using Sandboxie 4.16 (64 bit) and Windows Live Mail (32 bit), and I have Windows Live Mail identified as a program allowed to run Sandboxed.
As of 03/17/2015, I am now using FireFox 36.0.1 and Sandboxie 4.16 still prevents Windows Live Mail from opening in a sandboxed window. Doesn't anyone care about that or am I the only one with this problem?
