Trusteer Rapport: Any Way of Excluding Any Browsers?

I have seen the note that Sansboxie is incompatible with Trusteer Rapport. Does anyone know whether there is any way to install Trusteer Rapport, which detects man-in-the-middle attacks, to run only in certain browsers? I haven't been able to find any answer on the Trusteer site or elsewhere. I would like to use Trusteer Rapport with one browser but be able to run other browsers under Sandboxie.

Trusteer Rapport installs on all major browsers (firefox,chrome and internet explorer ) What I do is simply use a non sandboxed browser when using T.R.
Perhaps a lesser known browser like opera might work. You could use opera sandboxed without TR installing

Sandboxie and Trusteer Endpoint Protection are currently not compatible. Sandboxie completely isolates the browser running under it and prevents Trusteer Endpoint Protection from protecting it. We are working with the vendor on fixing this.

As far as I know, Trusteer has not contacted us about this problem. I am open to a discussion with them if they contact me here.
