Sandboxie/Game/Help

Can you please help me.
I Start the game with the help of the Sandboxie because apparently I have a file that is stem_fucker_dll some kind of virus and go to a nice stop on the installation icon and say run in Sandboxie and start playing all the great works fine. But when after a few hours I tried again to run the game I went out messages with pictures, now I'm off again and clicked run in Sandboxie and you have to do it every time, or only the first and each visit is enough to run the game just double click if you do not then give some advice on what to do. And now behold, I somehow I managed to run the game but I saw that my save deleted. Thanks in advance.
