G'day Tzuk,
Well, I did it today, I finally parted with my hard-earned $20US and registered. While I'm certainly happy with the product, and indeed can't really complain too much about anything, I just thought I HAD to say something about the way you go about getting the aforesaid hard-earned out of me.
I'm a frequent user of donationware or shareware, and usually I am able to talk myself out of paying for such because the programs are only partially useful or not particularly well implemented. I am also comfortable with the usual methodology of crippleware, or time-limited software, and have had to cough up the readies a few times, though reluctantly.
Your approach of providing software that is so mind-bogglingly useful and well implemented that I feel obligated to pay for it, even though I don't have to, is a new one on me. I can't say it's immoral, or even underhanded, but it's definitely sneaky ... just as well for my bank balance that so few other developers use this remarkable technique.
With thanks and regards,
ChrisH
Grudging admiration for your sneaky way of getting my $$$$
