Win 8.1 SBIE 2205

Hey there,
I have a Windows 8.1 Laptop. Everything works fine with Sandboxie until I try to run an unstaller.
I then get this error message:

I looked at the error code but I don't really understand it... can I fix this?

The popup means Instract.exe has crashed. What is it?

... and why are you running an uninstaller, sandboxed?

I would guess its the application that opens when I run the installer file? Sorry, I don't speak computer so that might not make sense but when I click on "setup" that pops up after the SB run confirmation. (I'm trying to do a download offer on instaGC; tips there are to reinstall SB but that doesn't work.)

The "u" button is next to the "i" button, that should say installer.
