.03 Sandboxed MPC HC fails to load LAV Filters

Hello,
congrats to your new approach on Windows x64, tzuk.

Win 7 x64, 4.01.03
If I try to play a video with MPC HC and LAV Filters it fails, nothing happens.
This is a regression from the latest final.

Disable MPC HC's internal filters and add & prefer LAV in external filters control.

Since some previous beta versions, it works just fine.
