Immediate Recovery Pop Up

I've been getting a pop-up box every time I close the browser IE11 that gives the option to 'recover' or 'close'. I would prefer not to see this pop-up every time I close the browser. Is there a way to configure this?

Using Win7 Home Premium 64 bit and Sandboxie paid licence beta 5.23
