Not opening the program?

I was using sandbox a week before this incident, at first it was ok.. but it's not working anymore?.. The game that i'm playing doesn't have any patch though.. so maybe the problem is in the sandbox.. help please.. It's when I'm opening the client.. Run as Program>the game I'm Playing> ok . then nothing happen!.. help!!
