Google Chrome crashing with no error

Sandboxed Chrome browser crashing with no error. It does show a Werfault.exe before crashing in sandboxie control but no error is sent to event viewer (probably prevented by sandboxie). Started since yesterday.

Chrome works fine without sandboxie.
Clearing sandboxie settings didn't help.
Updating sandboxie to 5.21 beta didn't help.
Turning of security didn't help.

Chrome x64 - Version 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What security software do you use?

Can you please re-test in a new sandbox with default settings?
Do other browsers / applications launch Sandboxed?
Are there any extensions installed in Chrome?

Norton Internet Security Online. It doesn't seem like security is the reason atm.

Do other browsers / applications launch Sandboxed? Internet explorer is my only other browser and it also failed. My PDF-XChange Editor opened in sandboxie.
Are there any extensions installed in Chrome? I did (Google docs, excel, etc). I removed them all and it still failed.

I don't know what resolved but sandboxie reported 2 errors:
sbie2335 initialization failed for process symerr.exe
...application was unable to start coreectly (0xc0000022)

I closed both errors and tried accessing sandboxie again and now it works.
