Retractable window download

I have a small problem with the window recovery download

Unfortunately, even in this new version, it is not always the problem of the disappearance of the recovery window download.

It's been a while, that at times especially with the download bodied type (Acronis Backup 11.5 / Drivers video card AMD) but also smaller download,
when the download and display the recovery window is not displayed, and checking in the Windows taskbar Sandboxie icon disappeared,
the only way to recover is to start Sanboxie Control panel of the App, so you can run the recovery download, via the function Fast recovery.

Have any of you experienced this problem in?
