Cant surf on Sandboxie

Hello Helpers

I have issues to surf on sandboxie I was 3 weeks on Vacation had no problems so far with sandbox ... but now i started my computer steam avira and windows 7 64 bit ultimate get upadeted after i restart my computer
everthing seen be normal i started sandboxie again and now cant search i type on goggle like sandboxie i click on search but it wont i have newest moxilla and newest sandboxie even on goggle chrome i have no chance to do somthing
i tryd to rightlick on mozila and start on sandboxie its same issue tryd also to reinstall everthing and restart many times always the same what can i do

windows defender is up 2 date

no crashes or frezzes just cant surfn internet connection is stable
