Getting 2 errors randomly that I cannot find a fix for

[Necron 99]

Running:
Sandboxie 4.14 64bit
Windows 8.1
I'm using a 2 week old MSI laptop

When trying to run Steam or a game sandboxed, I will either get SBIE2101 [C0000120 / 99] or SBIE2101 [C0000037 / 99] followed by Steam.exe cancellation. I will randomly get either one of these errors when trying to run Steam or a game sandboxed, without anything different in-between the different tries. For example, I'll try and run Steam sandboxed and I'll get error C0000120 / 99, then right after (without changing anything) I'll try again and either get the same error or the C0000037 / 99 error. Again, I get either error message randomly.

I have thoroughly searched for solutions to my problem to no avail.
