4.14 update borks Opera browser

XP SP2 Registered sandboxie user Opera browser.
Updated Sandboxie to 4.14. Big mistake!
When try to use Opera browser, get an Oxc0000022 application error.
Used Revo Uninstaller to uninstall Sandboxie.
Re-installed Sandboxie from CD-this is an older version that has been working for years.
No joy :- (
Looks like whatever is messing everything up in the 4.14 update doesn't uninstall.
