Error: "Could not unzip extension" when installing a Chrome extension

When installing an extension on Chrome running in Sandbox mode, it prompts me with "Could not unzip extension". Also, I ran the install outside Sandbox but when I run the browser in Sandbox the extension is gone.

I have included the information below:

Win 7 Pro
Sandboxie 5.14
Chrome v60
no antivirus

I cannot open the file from the dropbox link, it just opens Internet Explorer, no information.
Can you please provide the name of the extension that you are trying to install?

Also, you are using an old version of Sandboxie, please try the latest release or the latest beta

For Dropbox links, make the final dl=0 a dl=1, to get a download prompt:
