Tools to find Rootkits, any recomendations

I'm searching some good tool to find rootkits if present, does anyone can recomend me a good tool for this?

There is Rootkit Unhooker, mentioned here:

Not automated like the Sysinternals tools, but nice.

And of course, there is IceSword.
