Can't pin to taskbar

I have a strange issue with pinning shortcuts to the taskbar. It's working with a few programs like Firefox but there are a lot of others where it's not possible although they're not installed inside a sandbox. They're sandboxed via "forced folders/programs".

Is there a way to fix this?

This is not a Sandboxie issue (if it is, please clarify how are your reproducing it), it is related to Windows and the programs that you are trying to pin to the taskbar. Please see this:

Depending on your OS, you may need to run a google search about how to pin any program to taskbar Windows ###
